Since 1996, we've been campaigning to save the Navajo from deprivation of Human Rights, against the interests of Peabody Western Coal Company (Peabody Group), Senator John McCain (who enacted dirty laws that deprived the Dineh-Navajo of their lands, and who with Peabody organized a phony Tribal Council) and others in the Senate, House and White House, along with corrupt Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mines and Land Management officials.  We have not entirely succeeded, even though the pressure has brought the mining efforts of Peabody to a halt through 2010 in Black Mesa, the slurry piping has been stopped to Mojave Generating Station, and the Mojave Generating Station burning the Navajo coal has been halted: the Kayenta Mine and the Navajo Generating System in Western Nevada continue on, without proper consideration to the Human Rights of the Indigenous Navajo.  So we labor on, with two more goals: permanent discontinuation of the mining and coal generation and replacement of the two Generation plants without which Peabody has no reason to dig coal in Black Mesa or Big Mountain, Arizona, replacing them with two reasonable Solar and Wind Energy Plants that could more than double the amount of energy available without requiring any fossil fuels, no nuclear fission and no environmental pollution.

Under Article 10 of the UN Resolutions and Declaration of the Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the Dineh must be granted right of return immediately to Black Mesa, and must never be forcibly removed from their lands even by effecting eminent domain legislations or false conflict resolutions such as the graft of Peabody Group bought and paid for from McCain and his cronies.  The fake indigenous group known as "the Hopi Indian Tribal Council" used to steal their lands, and the fake tribal police known as "the Hopi Rangers" (largely BIA Police rebranded) must be disbanded immediately so as to halt their destruction of Navajo artifacts and holy lands, and to halt their falsely arresting Navajo citizens as expansion of Peabody's mining interests suits them.  The BIA must  pay substantial reparations directly to the Dineh-Navajo individually, as should the US Senate, House, and the other bureaus responsible for this criminal violation of the Dineh-Navajo's Human Rights and our treaties with them.  America must keep it's own home clean, if it is to be respected for protecting Human Rights and Freedoms, and spreading Democracy abroad.  Who would ever want to support a Democracy that behaves the way Senator McCain has and his cronies have manipulated it?

This lawful interpretation of a Declaration to which the USA is party effects the present: repairing the damage of their Lands to the original state they were in prior to Peabody's strip mining, and returning the Dineh Navajo to Black Mesa and giving them back their wells, the livestock stolen by the Dept. of Agriculture, removing fences installed to lock them out of ranges they'd herded on for 500 years prior to their forcible eviction, rebuilding their Hogums (that is the standard housing of the Navajo) and repairing any damaged sacred grounds and trees, and fair compensation for the Coal burned at the Mohave and Navajo Generating Sites.  Bear in mind that the coal power generated at Mojave and Navajo Generating Systems, under the CPUC and NPUC utility commissions, has been wastefully used to light up the strip at Las Vegas and Reno and Lake Tahoe 24x7 for 35 years: for tourism, gaming, prostitution, entertainment and drug sales that go on nightly and daily at these resort communities.  Imagine trading the lives of these gentle, spirutal people for such a thing!  Meanwhile, the Dineh have been forced onto a Uranium Dumping Ground called Church's Rock to live in New Mexico, by the BIA, a land where the children are born with the highest rate of birth defects in the USA, and where elder indigenous Navajo just wither and die. 7000 are gone so far, sadly.

It is through your generosity that the ACSA has, in concert with others, brought a temporary halt to the mining, and it is through your generosity that we prevailed upon House Representative Rick Renzi to bring a halt to the deprivation of the prohibition against Dineh-Navajo from drawing water to drink and tend their herds from their own wells, by repealing the so-called "Bennet Freeze" authored by Senator McCain and others.  Even then, the two faced Senator McCain acted as if he were involved in repealing his own laws.

ACSA has contributed untold hours broadcasting the story of the Dineh-Navajo to the four corners of the world and overcoming an Energy Lobby paid for Press Freeze inside the United States, one intended by them to protect the puppet politicians they own, like McCain.

Make a difference!  Please consider a donation to the ACSA so we can keep working day and night to help the Navajo.  Help us save the Navajo and restore them to their lands and halt the dirty coal experience in the Navajo nation and in Nevada.

This is a big job, but we're already about 1/3 of the way there and are willing to keep going.  But we need your help, or tens of thousands more Dineh will inevitably die.

Please WATCH this video about the Dineh-Navajo's plight and you will realize that this may be the most historic effort to save a people's lives and human rights in American History.  Then DONATE if you have the ability to afford a donation.  Help us save the Navajo!
